To focus the efforts of the RESN project a specific prototype system has been proposed. A soil sciences experiment will be deployed across the campus, using soil moisture probes, in order to monitor the effect of the current drought on the water resources of our campus.
While working towards this goal, a number of smaller demonstrators are being created to show the progress of the project. Each demonstrator shows one or more aspect of the suite of technologies that are required for a complete WSN system to function. These sub-projects are presnted in the order they were undertaken.
