Abstract:

With the advent of multi-core based High performance systems leading to PetaFlop Era, new concurrency mechanisms such as lock-free data structures for concurrent computation are being supported in mainstream languages like Java. This talk will provide an overview of different Concurrent mechanisms in Java.
