Abstract:
As part of the activity in ReSIST, an EU network of excellence in Resilient Computing, a set of resources has been assembled from a wide variety of sources to provide knowledge-enabled support for the project and others. These resources have been published as more than 20 KBs, each conforming to Linked Data principles.
As well as the KB publishing system, the infrastructure to mediate between these KBs has been implemented, and a demonstrator user interface, the RKBExplorer has been provided, to give a unified view of the whole.
This seminar will give an overview of the whole system, including major challenges, such as the steps taken to deal with the multiple URIs for many of the instances in the KBs.
